Dear Wild Slings' Friends,
Today I present you another, unique wrap from my summer collection of nocotton wraps. I weaved this wrap in extremely soft blend and amazing combination of colors. To emphasize its uniqueness, I woven only 12 of these wraps, and there will never be more of them. The inspiration that charmed me to create this wrap is Chrysocolla - a stone associated with the power of female energy, which allows you to regain inner peace, strengthens patience and gives strength to struggle with everyday life.
Its essence is based on expression, empowerment and teaching. The peace that its turquoise-blue color brings, unloads negative energies, calms and allows you to see the truth and inner wisdom. This mineral emphasizes the power that our words and actions exert on those around us, and encourages us to be compassionate and strengthen our character.
In esotericism, chrysocolla is the stone assigned to the archetypal earth goddess. It symbolizes the power of female energy, present not only in women but also in men - it is responsible for delicacy, feelings, and inner wisdom. It is a mineral of female energies that teaches that true power is best expressed by gentleness. It is a Goddess stone, and those who resonate with it can feel its ancient and enduring energies. It is also a stone of wise women all over the world. In line with this symbolism, chrysocolla helps to live more "feminine" - more gently, with respect for others. It is a stone of forgiveness, peace and strengthening emotional bonds. It also helps men to show their sensitive feelings. It encourages us to be compassionate and helps us regain our natural spontaneity.
Chrysocolla is well known as an educational stone, inviting us to reveal our highest knowledge so that others can benefit from our experiences. Chrysocolla allows you to free yourself from negative emotions and understand others better. By enabling understanding of the perfection of the universe, it provides the insight necessary to help align the physical body, intellect, and emotions. This self-awareness and inner balance give us confidence and strengthen our personal strength. This stone helps us align with the Earth and communicate with her soul, giving us the right direction to do what is necessary to help it heal. That's why I decided to combine the power of this stone with my stunning wrap design, showcasing Mother Nature's richness. The plants and insects enchanted in it blend in beautifully with the wisdom, goodness and peace that are enchanted in this wrap. The color of the wrap is equally unique, it is blue-green, but its shade changes depending on the light, from green, blue and turquoise to patina.
The wrap is mostly woven from the wonderful tussah silk, its beautiful colored numbs decorated the entire wrap, with white, mustard and black mosaic. Linen and bamboo add extra lightness, airiness, but also durability and flexibility to the wrap. You will happily rock a newborn as well as an older child in it. This wrap is cotton-free, which makes it as unique as the stone, the power of which protects the wrap. Each fringes from this wrap is woven by hand, plus I only woven 12 of this wrap and there will never be more. Such beauty should be emphasized with additional uniqueness.
I weave Wild Slings wraps on my own loom which guarantees them the highest quality and attention to every detail. Every wrap is also steam cleaned before being sent.
