This lovely vegan fabric is perfect for those who appreciate special weaving techniques that create unique textures. Woven with BCI organic cotton and regular cotton, the texture of Sea Salt Olympus is enhanced as it is woven with a special thread which is created by knitting a very fine yarn into a tube, this is then stuffed with cotton fibre, giving a quilted effect. This thick yarn is then alternated with finer cotton, creating a soft, ribbed texture.

Woven on a deep indigo blue backdrop, this fabric looks absolutely stunning up close as the rust orange and natural white tubular knitted yarn alternates with burnt orange cotton. This creates a beautiful pinstripe effect where the sky meets the waves on our Sea Salt design. Each piece of fabric looks unique and it is impossible not to be captivated by all the tiny details in its texture.

This fabric is very strong and supportive with a lovely cushy for comfy carries. It is perfect for carrying toddlers and heavier children however is also suitable for carrying smaller children from 4 months onwards. The fabric, while ‘chunky’ is surprisingly easy to glide and tie, it stays in place well and has a little bounce and stretch which is lovely for carrying heavy toddlers. It will stay in place well for long carries and is not prone to sagging.
