Dear Wild Slings' Friends,

I’m presenting you my first wrap from spring/summer no cotton collection inspired by meadow. I called this collection „Prairie de printemps” because the spring meadow delights me with its magic of colors, and the life that goes on there fascinates both me and my children. I weaved this heavenly blue wrap in extremely luxurious blend and amazing combination of colors.

The first flowers that greet me in the spring meadow are my beloved forget-me-nots and they become the patron of this wonderful wrap. The blue of their tiny flowers, their fragility and elusiveness, touches me and captivates me. I have transferred all the shades of blue of this little miracle to my wrap, the pattern of which is a garden full of flora and fauna.

The background colors intertwine beautifully and the bright patterns of flowers and insects decorate the wrap like the most beautiful landscape. After all, Mother Nature is the most beautiful artist whose works delight us all. This small piece of art is crowned with hand-woven fringes - they add additional lightness and elegance to the whole composition.

Yak is an unusual and unique yarn that makes the sling light and soft. Rarer than cashmere, ethically sourced, antibacterial and antiallergic, delicate as a mist and soft as a cloud. Noble linen and the finest of silk - tussah, combined with vegan wool, are your favorite blend of yarns, and when you add yak yarns to it... There are no words to describe how wonderful this wrap is to touch. Wraps mixed with yak yarn are also perfect for the weather in warmer places. These yarns have thermoregulatory properties, so the baby doesn’t overheat, and thanks to the whole mixture, the wrap is extremly airy.

I weave Wild Slings wraps on my own loom which guarantees them the highest quality and attention to every detail. Every wrap is also steam cleaned before being sent.

10% - mulesing free merino wool

35% - tussah
